 eba classes emphasize creativity, an individual point of view, dance as art and dance as an activity that everyone can participate in.
Students learn dance technique in an encouraging, enjoyable and disciplined atmosphere. Each student then uses the dance steps they are mastering to create their own dances; developing both their minds and their bodies. Students study technique and create their own dances in every single Kids Dancspace @ eba class. The last five minutes of each class is parent observation time, so kids can develop their performance skills, and the parents can see what their child is learning and give lots of positive feedback via applause, applause, applause! Informal showings are held at the end of the year. No stressful & costly recitals or competitions.
*Classes will follow the Albany School District calendar for holidays. eba classes WILL meet on teacher conference days. Children's classes will not be held during regular eba Center breaks.
Children's Dance Classes will be cancelled on Albany School District snow days.
Please refer to your refrigerator magnet provided at the beginning of each year.
Wednesday
Creative Moving for boys and girls ages 4-5
(must be 4 by January 16, 2013 to participate)

Creative Dance for 6 - 12 yr olds(must be 6 by September, 2012 to participate)
11:00 am - 12:00 noon |
World Dance for Teens 12 - 16 yr olds
12:00 noon - 1:00 pm
