Registration: Registration will be through the
mail and on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to register
your child for Kids Dancspace @ eba Summer Day Camp
parents must submit (for each child) a completed registration form
and a $50 deposit, or full tuition. All deposits are
non-refundable. Deposits may
be made by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.Your child’s tuition must be paid in full one week prior to the beginning of camp.
Tuition and Payments: Your child’s tuition must be paid in
full ONE WEEK PRIOR to the beginning of each week of camp.
Installment payment arrangements can be made with prior
approval by the Camp Manager at eba (a modest payment fee of $4.00 will
be attached to each installment). Please call and speak with the eba
Camp Manager. Tuition may be paid by cash, check, Mastercard or
Visa. A $50. fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Late Pick-Up Policy: There will be a
charge for children left at camp after 4:45pm or after 5:45 pm ( for children with aftercare) of $10.00 for each
fifteen minutes or any part thereof. Payment is expected to be made
Changes in Enrollment, Refunds: Should you
need to change or cancel your child’s registration, please contact
the eba Company Manager at (518) 465-9916. If you must cancel,
you will receive a refund or credit except for deposit, if you notify us two weeks prior to the beginning of camp. After cutoff date, there will be no refunds or credits
unless you submit a written letter from your child's medical
doctor stating that your child is unable to attend camp due to an
injury or illness.
