The Empire State Restaurant and Tavern Association is dedicated to promoting the profitability of New York's on-premise alcohol beverage licensees. For more than 70 years we've been working to improve conditions for our industry. We are the foremost advocates of the on-premise beverage alcohol industry, involved in advancing the interests, businesses, image, and future of our industry.
In addition to our role as an advocate for restaurants and taverns, we also provide money saving benefits and services for our members. Membership in the association is open to any business in the hospitality industry. Our membership includes restaurants, bars, taverns, clubs, caterers, hotels, motels, inns, bowling centers, golf courses, ski centers, and resorts. Employees of hospitality industry businesses may join as an associate member and take advantage of our benefits and services. Suppliers to the hospitality industry may join the association as corporate associate members.
