Shaker Dances, Songs and Crafts Summer Day Camp

June 25 -31 and August 20 -24 Professional Teaching Artists will lead campers on a journey exploring and creating art from the local historic group- the Shakers. Campers will explore dance, song and beautiful crafts of the Shaker Culture. At Kids Dancspace@ eba, campers will transform themselves into Shaker performers and create Dances expressing the uniqueness of culture. Campers will also explore the visual arts, costuming, performance props, and crafts ofShaker culture and create craft art expressing the unique qualities of the culture. Kids Dancspace @ eba Shaker Dance, Song and Crafts Campers perform each Friday at 4 pm.

Kids Creative Dance and Arts Summer Day Camp

The goals of Kids Dancspace @ eba Summer Day Camps are to provide children ages 7 - 12 with a safe and enjoyable environment in which they can make new friends, learn new skills and develop their imagination in an educationally structured atmosphere and above all, have fun. Each day includes classes and creative workshops; 2 snack breaks, and lunch in Washington Park (weather permitting, of course!). Each day is filled with imagination and joy! Learn about art, create art and perform art.
